Recipe: Honey Chilli Chicken Wings
Phil’s style of cooking is to have a vague idea of the recipe so with that comes some vague ingrdients/measures. If you want real recipes buy a cook book.
- Honey
- Soya sauce
- 1 chilli (add as many chillies as you like)
- A splash of lemon
- A bit pepper
- 1 or 2 packs of chicken wings
- In a freezer bag Add honey and soya sauce in about equal measurements
- Dice the chillis and add to the freezer bag. Put a splash of lemon and pepper to taste
- Then cut your chicken wings [1] you can have the wings full but I like them cut. Do what you want
- Put the wings in your maronade
- Pop in the fridge for minimum of an hour
- When your ready cook wings
- Eat wings
