Series 5 – Episode 2 – Part 1

Recipe: Baked Cheese with Rosemary and Garlic Toast
Phil’s style of cooking is to have a vague idea of the recipe so with that comes some vague ingrdients/measures. If you want real recipes buy a cook book.
- Cheese (Brie, Camembert, etc)
- Bread (French Stick)
- Several Sprigs of Rosemary
- 2 or 3 cloves of Garlic
- Some chilli
- Olive Oil
- Put Cheese into an oven safe frying pan and bake for ~15mins
- Cut bread into portion sizes
- Cut Garlic and Chilli then add into oil with rosemary
- Leave oil to mix
- Rub oil on bread
- Toast Bread
- Put toast into pan with the cheese and serve
